Odds Off An odds bet that is "not working". Odds bets can be called "off" by a wagerer at any time, but are left upon the table until the bet is settled. Also, come odds gambles are usually "off" during the come out roll, unless the player requests having the odds bets "working". Come odd bets which are "off" shall be returned to the player if the line bet loses on the come out roll. Don't come odds normally work on the come-out roll.
Off Usually refers to the Marker or Lammers placed on player bets to indicate that they are not active on the following dice roll.
