Cryptologic & PartyGaming Sign Casino Game Licensing Agreement

Industry-leading software maker Cryptologic recently signed a five-year licensing deal with PartyGaming Plc, a prominent gaming entertainment provider. Under the new contract, CryptoLogic will provide PartyGaming with a suite of its popular casino games, which are slated for launch in early 2009. Additionally, PartyGaming will enjoy the option to add any other CryptoLogic game in the future.

A list of other established and emerging gaming brands using Cryptologic's software includes 888.com, Sky Betting and Gaming, Maharajah Club, OPoker, Kurastica and Betjacks. Cryptologic has developed over 200 poker and casino games.

Commenting on the deal, Jim Ryan, PartyGaming's CEO, was quoted as saying, "PartyGaming and CryptoLogic are two of the biggest names in Internet gaming - and we're excited to bring some of CryptoLogic's greatest games to our players for the first time. [...]This agreement reflects PartyGaming's strategy to broaden our product base - and grow our player base - through innovative alliances."
