Williams Gaming, which is also know by its New York Stock Exchange abbreviation, WMS, looks like it is about to enter the online casino market. The company, which first got into gaming by creating popular pinball machines, has manufactured some of the most beloved land-based progressive slots around. There has not been an official announcement from the popular slots manufacturer but recent job listings in trade publications certainly indicate that there’s something brewing at the video slot developer.

The company is looking for a senior executive with affiliate management experience, a creative designer with Flash specialization, a risk analyst and payments assistant. These are all indicators that Williams Gaming is going to go online with a casino.

In 1974, Williams Gaming was founded and in 1991 they launched their video gaming terminals. It was six years later that WMS got into the slots game with the premiere of its Reel Em In machine. This slot is still popular today.
