The Online Bingo Market keeps Growing

According to a report by Screen Digest, the online bingo market is growing and has great potential.

In spite of the global economic downturn internet bingo and the online gambling industry in general is steadily growing. Contributory factors include increased demand for in-home activities and entertainment, cheap online bingo games , healthy competition among online bingo sites with increased promotional activity and a general trend towards relaxed regulation.

The author of the report commented: "The online bingo sector has been enjoying a period of rapid growth in the UK and other key markets, and we expect to see this trend continuing, particularly outside the mature UK market."

Traditional bingo halls even suffered a large fall in revenues, lots of them actually had to close, while the online bingo sites generated more than £220 million in revenue.
