C & E Bet - A proposition wager on the eleven (E) or any craps (C)
Charting a Table - Maintaining track of table results with chips in a player's chip rack or on paper.
Capped Dice - Corrupt dice
Change Only - Called out by a dealer when cash is put on the table by a gambler signifying that a player wishes to exchange cash for gambling chips. (Opposite of "Money Plays")
Cheques Also referred to as CHIPS
Cocked Die/Dice - die or dice which end up leaning against the wall, gambling chips or cash. The stickman's call is made according to the natural lean of the die/dice should the obstructing object be removed.
Cold Table - When gamblers aren't making their points.
Color In - Casino's perspective of cashing out smaller valued chips for greater valued chips when a player leaves a craps table.
Color Out - Player's perspective of cashing out smaller valued chips for bigger valued chips when departing from the craps table.
Coloring Up - Player exchanging smaller denomination gambling chips for bigger ones. Also, the casino purposely exchanging smaller denomination chips for bigger ones aimed at encouraging players to place bigger wagers.
Come Bet - A "virtual pass line bet"; a wager placed following the come out roll but in other regards precisely like a pass line bet.
Come Out Roll - The initial roll of the dice in a betting round is termed the "come out" roll. A pass bets wins when the come out roll's 7 or 11. A pass bet loses when the come out roll is 2, 3, or 12. Don't bets lose when the come out roll's a 7 or 11, and don't bets win whenever the come out roll is 2 or 3. Don't bets tie when the come out roll is 12 (2 in various casinos; the "bar" roll on the layout determines which roll is treated as a tie).
Comp. - Complimentary services given to casino patrons by casinos in exchange for the gambling action from players.
Covered - Dealer & player working together to ensure that multiple wagers are properly positioned.
Crap - The numbers 2, 3 & 12.
Craps - The name of the game.
Crap Out - The numbers 2, 3 or 12 on the initial roll of the dice.
Crapless Craps - An uncommon table where 2, 3, 11 & 12 are points. The Stratosphere's the only casino in Las Vegas featuring a Crapless Craps table.
