Nickel - Dealer's slang for $5 gambling chips.
No Bet - A call by a dealer or boxman on late wagers placed by players after dice have been tossed or while still in the air.
No Roll - A call by a dealer or boxman when the toss of the dice falls short, accidentally slips out of shooters' hands, lands inside the house bank, bounces off the table or in to the rack, or hits another gambler with a noted delay prior to landing on the table.
